Megan Denise Fox was conceived on May 16, 1986 in Oak Ridge Tennessee. She was born to Gloria Darlene Tonachio, a real estate manager, and Franklin Thomas Fox (a parole officer). At age 5 she began dancing and drama lessons. She relocated to Port St. Lucie in Florida at the age of 10 , where she finished her education. Megan began acting and modeling when she was 13 after receiving several awards at Hilton Head's 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention. When she was 17 years old, she moved to Los Angeles, California. Then she graduated from correspondence school. Megan was the first actor to portray Brianna Wallace in Holiday in the Sun, which was a Mary-Kate-Olsen/Ashley-. Her most well-known roles are as Sam Witwicky's love interest, Mikaela Banes in Transformers (2007) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), and as April O'Neil in the film reboot Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) and its sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016).Ranked at #68 in FHM magazine's "100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006" supplement. Maxim magazine's Hot 100 Women of 2007 List ranked her #18. Her ancestry includes a lot of English and a few Scottish, German, Scots-Irish (Northern Irish), distant French and Welsh. Megan's sixth great grandmother, Mary Powhatan (of the Powhatan Native American Tribe), was believed to be half-Native American.
