Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel, more popularly known by
his stage name Flo Rida (American rapper, singer and songwriter) is a Carol
City, Florida-based artist as a composer, songwriter, and musician. The song
that he debuted with, "Low", reached number one in the United States
for 10 weeks and set a new record for digital downloads. Flo Rida's debut
studio album, 2008's Mail on Sunday, reached fourth in the US. R.O.O.T.S.
succeeded the album in the year 2008. His next albums, 2010,'s Only One Flo
(Part 1) as well as 2012's Wild Ones also charted on US Billboard 200. Flo Rida
has sold over 80 million albums worldwide, making him one of the most
successful artists of music. His top international hits include "Right
Round", Club Can't Handle Me", Good Feeling", Wild Ones",
Whistle", I Cry" and "Wild Ones". ", "My
House" Mail on Sunday, Flo Rida's debut album came out in March 2008. The
single "Low" with T-Pain is the first track from the album. It also
appeared in the soundtrack of Step Up 2: The Streets. "Low", which
reached the top spot at No. 1. on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
"Elevator" features Timbaland, "In the Ayer" featuring
will.i.am, and "Roll" featuring Sean Kingston followed, and both
charted on the Hot 100 and other charts. Alongside T-Pain, there were many
featured performers throughout Mail on Sunday. Timbaland appears on the track
as well. He produced the single's second, "Elevator". Rick Ross and
Trey Songz are also on the track. Lil Wayne performed the song "American
Superstar" while Sean Kingston sang "Roll" which was co-written
by Spitfiya who is a Compton rapper. Birdman, Brisco and Yung Joc are also
guests. "Money Right" is a duet with Brisco and Rick Ross, was
scheduled to be the fourth single, however, it was pulled due to the upcoming
release of Flo Rida's second studio album, R.O.O.T.S. The second song he
recorded with T-Pain "I Bet", as well as his collaboration with Trina
known as "Bout It" The two tracks didn't figure in the final track
list, but were recorded.
